The big banks are at it again doing the same thing that brought us the fiscal crisis and great pain for the average person. But, big banks and their executives are immune from punishment for their folly. The New York Federal Reserve Bank has ruled that Bank of America can't be sued for fraud in the sale of mortgage backed securities that led to a $7 billion loss for A.I.G. and the need for public bailout Why is Obama failing to hold big banks accountable??
